Welcome back to my blog. 

Today I'm going to teach you how to do some Equivalent Fractions.

This week we have been learning about some awesome fractions and even some equivalent fractions which are really fun to do. In my slide I have included how to do a equivalent fraction and some photos of my maths.

Have you ever done Equivalent fractions before?

I would love some feedback to help me improve so then I can be a pro at fractions. I found it really fun to do these fractions because working it out is super fun and interesting. Sometimes if you worked it out once you would have to work it out again to get the right answer and sometime it's kind of tricky.

Welcome back to my blog 

Today I'm going to be sharing some of my hole's work. 

If you don't know already but our class room (Rimu) have a class book where the teacher reads a book out to us. Then every Monday we have to answer some questions and do some activities. Then every time we do that we have to blog about it, so here I am. 

If you don't know of the awesome book already hole's is this book were naughty kids go to this boot camp and dig these holes. They also have to watch for these big bad lizards which can kill them. The author of the book is Louis Sachar, so look him up. 

The stuff I had to make was really fun to do.

Welcome back to my blog. 

Is Maths a Invention or discovery hmmm? For my weekly homework activities we have to think if maths is a invention or a discovery? It's kind of tricky because it might be a invention or a discovery so it's a bit hard.

 I would love to get your feedback about it, to see if maths is a invention or discovery.  For this I had to ask at least 1 person in my family to see their answers about it. I asked 2 of my sisters and one of them had a different answer to the other one. 

If you were to google up and see if maths were a invention or a discovery. It would come up with invention.

♡Free Writing Of A Horse Show♡

Hey Everyone! 

Im back. 

Today I did a fun free write. Which is about waking up in the morning for a nice horse show. 

If you don't know, I do horse riding and I'm currently competing at 80cm eventing shows. 

 I decided to write a morning free write about it. This weekend I actually have a show and I'm doing 80 cm. I really would like some awesome feedback to improve my sentences.

I have made it that I'm doing episodes so every time I have to do a free write I will continue the story. This time I have done waking up in the early mornings and next time I will say how I went with the event. Or I could write one about how I prep for a horse show. 

I think I need to improve my story like adding more powerful words or some good detailed sentences. My word count is 322. 

Show day! 

Ep - 1 

“Buzz” “buzz” my alarm goes off at 5:00 am on saturday morning.
Nerves bang against my stomach as if they were having a fun party.
I slowly opened my stuck eyes and try to wake myself up out of my
comfort bed.

I get out of my bed like a hungry zombie and  chuck some
clean horse riding clothes on like, Spooks baby pink shirt, White riding
pants and pink long spooks socks. I put some track pants over top and a
nice comforty jumper.

As I quickly get in the car at 5:30 am and head
to the farm where my horse live. As I arrive at 6:00 and its freezing
cold that the cold air bites on the back of my teeth, but the stars are
so beautiful while the mat black sky stays behind it. I head into the
stables and turn the lights on to get my halter to catch Cheeta from
the paddock.

While I walk to the paddock which is around 500 metres
away from the stables I hear these crinkling noises coming behind me,
my heart beats so fast, I got scared. Oh wait that's just the other
horses in the other paddocks.

As I unlock Cheeta gate and shine my
bright phone light in her face and put her halter on and bring her into
the stable. I get my mum to hold her while I put her floating boots which
protect her legs incase anything happens in the float. I take her top rug
off and leave the bottom one on.

I pull Cheeta up on to the float and tie
her up. Then we double check that I got all of my wonderful gear that I
put in the float yesterday. Then we drive to the show watch the wonderful
sunrise glissing on top of the windscreen. Its my favorite part is heading
there to see the amazing sunrise.

♡Picture Paints My Blog Post♡

Hey Everyone, im back! 

Today I'm going to be tell you about this picture, which has inspired my blog post for my homework. This is for my homework and the teachers informed that we have to make a blog post about this cool picture. I decided to make a story from the cool photo. This amazing photo has inspired me to make a touching story. What would you do if you had the chance to do something with this cool photo? 

As you can see from the photo that one side looks very depressing and not looked after. The other side is very joyful probably very happy and positive people live there. So here is my slide were I have created a story from it. I would love some feedback to improve the story!!

Im back! 

If you don't know already its maths week for New Zealand. Our class celebrated it by making some fun maths activities. We had a range of activities to choose from (look at the blog before this one). I was super happy with what we chose because it was super fun and creative to do. Our group decided to do wearable Maths

We started to make this on Monday this week and finished it on Friday today. 

 You might be thinking making a dress isn't Maths. Yes it is because we had to use some measurements. I created the accessoires so it can go on the high-low dress while Parwin and Jedi were making the dress. I found this so fun to work as a great fun team. 

I was thinking for next time I could add more accessoires and maybe make it a different colour. 

We had the lovely model ... JEDI!

♡Maths Week♡

Hey Everyone! 

Welcome back to my blog.

If you don't know already its Maths week. Most of you guys might be celebrating it. Some of you guys might be rolling your eyes because you don't like maths but the maths were doing  are super fun and creative.

 When this was first said in Rimu everyone moaned loudly! Parwin, Jedi and I are in a group and we picked Wearable Maths, were we have to make clothes. We had a lot of activities to choose from like 'Build a bridge, Make a playground, Make your own Board game' etc.. 

We have decided to use some blue materials to make a  dress and adding some maths symbols.     

I've been making some accessories while Jedi and Parwin are doing the dress. We are making the blue dress with the skirt being high-low. But we might have to make it a normal short skirt because we accidentally cut the back of the high-low.
