Discovering our heritage!!!

                                                                Hey Everyone

Today I am going to be showing about discovering our heritage, so basically every Monday we do discovery our heritage if you don't do Kupa haka, I find it a bit tricky and very cool finding an learning about it! some of the words I can't pronounce has it a little tricky, so we have to make slides of we know that we understand the word, we have to do a pictionary with the slides!!
Here are the slides
I would love some feedback!

  1. Hi Chloe,

Thanks for sharing your work. The words can be tricky can't they, but I know with practise that it gets easier. You may need to change the settings on your screencastify, as currently I can't watch it.

We are in Wales and their language seems tricky too. There seems to be lots of random letters in it, however I've learnt that w and y are vowels in the Welsh language. In fact Bryndwr - a area in Christchurch - is a Welsh name. We now know how to say it properly. I think it is important to persevere with learning languages like Maori and Welsh because they help to keep the culture and language alive.

Thank you for working hard on learning this even though it is hard.

    2. Hi Chloe,

Lovely to hear from you. Thanks for checking out the screencastify.

We have done lots of travelling. I'm a bit behind on my blog so even though it is still in Rome, we are now in Wales. We have travelled around London, Paris, Venice, Florence and Rome. We've also been to visit family in Milton Keynes. We've seen a lot and don't really have a favourite.
